from this time on dear Sister became more chearful
and conversant with Mr. Ingham, Br. Telche, and
others who at that time visisted at her Br House
of which she had the management and derections of
the sae and thereby had many agreeable opportunity
of refreshing the Br. and Sis. on the hearty manner
when they called upon them, and when the Sisters
began the Oeconomy at Holm she made frequent
little visits with her work, but did not venture
with her thoughts so far, as to think that our Sav
cou'd make her to such a sis. as those must be who
coud in fellowship unite to live together for the
Sav sake, the feeling of her unworthyness made
her often doubtfull and disponding about our Sav love
towards her, and in the year 1756 June the 19th when her
reception in the Congre was mad known to her, she
was astonishingly surprised and timerous to believe
in on this ocassion and this her Br. Rich's marriage
the Sis. House became more dear and acceptable
to her and in August following the same year
she removed for good to live amongst them, but her
wishes towards our Sav made her course anxious
and dishoning, til August 13th 1758 at which
time our Sav permitted her to become a participant
of his holy corpse and blood, which she believ'd
some good Sister had interceded to our Sav on her
behalf, this grace brought her more to a sinnerlike
reliance upon her wounded Friend, and from this
time she became more familiar and conversant with
him and enjoyd right happy Hours and days in
the Con and her Choir, being fundamental
attachd to the Same in Princaples and Practice
of the same in which she had a real joy she ought
was done to our Savior Honour and when otherwise
she was also pain'd, she was one of those Sisters
who moved first into the Choir house, which
happy lot of Grace was much esteemd and highly
valud by her and the fear of becoming Expencive
to her Choir has made her live an Abstencious
and very Industrious course of life more so than has suted
with her Constitution, or the desire of her Choir
Sisters who often otherwise advised her, but she
woud say I am much ashamed to think how my dear-
est Savr causes both young and old in this House
to love me and show such tender treatment they do
therefore I ought to do my best rather than be burd-
end some in return, I know I often pain my Savr
Heart by my ancious way of thinking, but he's so gracious
he forgives me all and I hope you think on me before him
which was a request she frequently made use of, in her
conversation hands and classes when she was with Sisters
that she thought had a close connection with our Savior
having always a poor opinion of herself, the results of
the late general synod had a moving effect upon her
our Savior 12 words came so closely on her faults of deviation
that her very Morrow and Bone was rozed with holy awe
trembling, but the absolving Grace of her Hearts best
Friend comforted and heald all her back holdings, and
she was truly thankfull that she had those days in
the dear Conn; and when shoke with by her Labours
to the Holy Sacrament, she was Childlike sonceable
of her great unworthyness to such Grace and her own
Humility gave one a real attachment to her
