of her fellow - feeling & care, con-
strained her in May 1851. To
send in her resignation which
is thus recorded in the minutes
of the E. Conference - "We believe
it right for our beloved Sister
at her advanced age to enjoy
a season of rest from all of-
ficial care, during the remain-
der of her pilgrimage. We can-
not however but add our re-
gret that we must lose the true
& loving spirit which she always
brought to our assemblies. ------
