Current Transcription

on the Body of Christ; notwithstanding his exterior
Circumstances (as he was into the Service of a worldly
Lord), brought many Sufferings upon him. For about 1
Month past he got a very painful Tumour on his Arm
which he directly took as a Opportunity of his coming home to his
so dear Friend. He expressed himself by a Brother in
a intime Conversation as follows: "Poor as I am, so is he
my All & my Life, I desire nothing more but soon to be 
with Him!" As he grew more weak, then his People
sent for a Presbyterian Minister, but his moralic
Discours was neither a Benefit or a Joy for his Soul
As soon as he was gone he begun to sing with a great
assurance of his Heart. & righteousness
& my Wedding Dress & some more verses
of this kind. He was visited by several Brethren & they
all found him in a happy Situation. His happy Departing
left a true Testimony of the Power of the Blood of
Christ into this dark place. His Body was buryed upon
his earnestly Desire in our Church-yard in Ballykennedy
The 15th departed this on a very heavy and lingering
Sickness of 4 years.
