only more tractable but quite accustomed in the Anstalt.
However as his Parents 1758 removed from here to Spyer
they took him with their other Children along with them; He
was very uneasy about & wept very much, but kept privatly
the Desire in his Heart to return again; & his earnest longing

Ulcer on his Foot & proved incurable by all imaginable Care
& Asiduity. On his last Birthday a new Work of Grace
could be perceived on him, he was affected about his former
Dryness of Heart & his indifference towards our Saviour &
made for himself with many Tears a covenant with Him to
be & remain his own Property. He inclined rather to go
to our Savr then to live longer; his Sickness to begun
to encreace, & so the brought him in a Room for himself,
He was very charmed when his children came to see him & sung
verses for him & one time as they diverted him with a pretty
Liturgy, he begun to take his tender Leave with them,
under many Tears; & after that he had the Joy to
get a Visit by his dear Vater & Oncle, he laid himself
on his Side & so went away easily & happy in the
tender age of 11 Years and 11 Months.
