Current Transcription
Just as the Coffin was let down in the Grave, same
a certain lame Man to shew his Love and Thank
fulness +to his Beneactous Corpse (agreeable to the Custom of the Country by
heaving a Shovel full of Earth in the
Grave, with this WIsh: God give the an Everlasting
Rest, becaue then has dress'd my Wounds so
faithfully.
We that were left behind perceiv'd the longer the
more, that we had lost in this Brother the chief
support of our whole Family. We recommend
his poor left behind Orphans and Strangers
a new to our dear Lord and heavenly Father.
