but our Savr remain'd by this Point & gave
me frequent calls in my Heart & this lasted
to the 13 of October, as I was going to Or
tenburg, there I resign'd my Will over to the 
Savr & in that moment my Heart was easy
& I got a Confidence that he would keep me
near his Wounds. the 24th of December I 
went the first Time to the Holy Communion
in Marienborn, this unspeakable Grace
humbled me & melted my Heart in
Love towrads our Savr Anno 1741 the
22d of Novr I was confirm'd for my Jour
ney into Pensilvania & 28th of Jan I 
went with a Company of Br from HHaag 
& arrived in London the 24th of Feb
42 & went form here the 16 of March with
the first Sea Congregation in the Snoe Ca
therine to Pensylvania & 21 of June well
& happy to Bethlehem, so far extracted out 
of his own Writings. Soon after namely the 
12th of July he was sent to Tulpehocken to
preach in the Lutheran Church there, & the
9th of December following he was ordain'd in

the Church in Tulpehocken, here he serv'd both
young & old diligently untill the 19th of Feb
46. Afterwards he was with his Wife successively
in Donegal, Lebanon, Swatera, & York
on the Cataras & serv'd the Brn Congregations
till the 17th of March 56. His Wife went gome
in Donegal with whom he had liv'd in the 
married state 17 years. Has had five chil
dren all Girls, & are all still in the Congrega
tion. In about a Month after this he came
to Bethlehem. Since he has been here he
was often at Salzbury Oly & Lin to preach
& administer the Sacrament. His being here
has been a real Blessing to Body & Soul, & we
can but bear him Testimony that in his
outward Services for the Congregation & choir
he was faithful & diligent & attach'd to the
Congregation, Sinner Like & a loving Heart
towards our dear Savr. Eight Day before
he was taken sick, he was Sick Waiter to the
Three Brn of his Choir Abraham Reinecke
Pam & Stout, whom he car'd for with great Faith
fulness
