He liv'd in the Choir House in Herrnhut till the
year 48 and work'd mostly at his Trade
in Augst the same year he went with the Single
Brn that were design'd from HHhut to Pensylva
nia to Hhaag & to Holland & in the year 49 the
21st of May he came with the Br John Nitschmann
COmpany here in Bethlehem. In the Beginning 
he did all Sorts of Work as well here as in
Friedensthall & afterwards he work'd a while
at his Trade. He was a happy chearful Heart, 
and liv'd peacably amongst us, and was thank
full to our Savr & his people for all that he
enjoyed in the Congregation & Choir but inward
& outward. In his choir he was an helper, and
Overseer, & had the grace to be three time Disci
ple in his Choir. in the year 52 he was sick
Waiter & afterwards came to the Children in 
the Boys Oeconomy & serv'd them with the grea
test Pleasure untill about two years ago when
Br Stadtner went form here to St. Thomas's
he then became Sick Waiter again & continued
in it unto his End. He was unweary'd, careful, 
willing to oblige his sick Brn, so that he had
the HEart of all his Brn & was belov'd by every one.
