a lost sinner is all one with him. But if one is
cleansed from sins in the Blood of the Lamb
and layeth hidden in Jesu Woundholes one is
surely in a very happy Condition
This is what our Savr endeavoureth to bring
about in every man, becase none can be saved un
less he have this. The foregiveness in the wounds
makes us alone happy, and therefore he fair will
give Rest to Sinners in his Wounds.
The same our Savr had done with our Br Gold, when he
has pursued with infatigable faithfulness to
melt his Heart with our Blood and tho he long has
withstood the Savr yet ye overcame him at last with
Love and saved him as a poor Sinner by his
Blood, that he in Peace is departed, which
we plainly can see by the Short acct of his Life and
last Sickness. In him we can learn the astonishing
Love which Jesus has towards Sinners and his unpar
alleled Shedherds Care which he bestowed upon very lost
Sheep, till he attain his aim and brings it home
and saves it. This also should have a deep im
pression upon us, that we may get leave of every
thing, that does not please him, and may be quite
resigned to our Savr and his Congregation. For our Days
are but short, and then have we the Joy to
feed with the Lamb everylastingly. Oh what Happiness
is it, to depart as a poor Sinner in faith, saved
by the Wounds with the Blessings of the Congrega
tion and go home to the Lamb we sung:
Surely we nothing can reply
But at thy feet astonished lie
and what is more then Liberty
should I destine them a crown and throne

Upon this the congregation went from the Sall to the
Burying ground, after they had sung at the door
Live they, they witness this with lower

Under the singing of this Vers they carried the Corps
of our Br to the Grave, and it was sung: I do before
his previous Blood that most inestimable good etc
and ho' he once at Judgment Seat
appears, he shall no censure meet etc 202

Br Christian Rauch prayed thus to the Sav
Dear Saviour! We have delivered up this our Br to the
Church above. He is thine, thou hast died ofr him,
he costs thee thine Blood. He was a Sinner, thou
hast mercy on him, and did observe him and washed him
in thy Blood. Nothing was good in him, but what
he has received from, thee by thy Blood, and this we
know has to braught him through. No he kisses the
Wounds in thy Hands and Feet, which thou hast re
ceived for the Sinner when naild on
the Cross. Unto us, Dr Sav that have some
time longer to stay here below according thy good
Pleasure, be near with thy Dr Wounds and refresh us
with thy Blood, and abide before our Eyes in the
same form, wherein thou hast expired on the Corss
for our need amen.
Sung in the day of Judgment it will appear
most clear whether or not the sprinkling Blood
has washed our Robes and made them Good
His Eyes, his mouth, his side
his Body Crucified
whereon we build so sure
we then shall see secure
and kiss and only great the Points in Hands & Feet

Register.
