at Mirfield departed this Life: the 21st of this. 
The marryed Sr. Jane Shaply.
She was born Ao. 1719, the 13th. of June at Flockton in the
Parish of Thornhill & brought in the engl. Church. She 
was in her tender Age allready concerned about her eternal
Happiness, & therefore went very eagerly in Mr. Inghams
Preaching. Ao. 1739. She was marryed to our present Widower
our Brother Daniel Shaply & was blessed by him wth. 9.
Children, wherefrom 4 went before her to our Savior
& 5. live wth. their Vater. Soon after They heard the Gospel
by the Brethren & were according to their Desire receivd.
into the Society & the 13th. of augs. 1751. into the Congregatn.
The Year following the 26th. of June the[y] were admitted to
our dear Lords Supper. Ao. 1752. as the Chappel of 
the Brethren at Mirfield was built on her Vaters Land 
She was much rejoyceth, because as She was lame &
could't walk far. Her Heart was attached to her bloody
Friend & She him above all Things in this World.
As in Mirfield the Classes of the marryed Poeple were
errected, then She & her Husband were to take Care
thereof, whereby the insinuated herself into the Hearts
of all the Bthn.& Sisters, because of her tender & lovely
Conversation, & therefore was very usefull & beloved.
the 13th. of Febr. a e.  was She by a great frost suddenly
taken ill, & this determined in a inflamatory
Fever; by this means her old Pain in her Limbs
was irritated anew, that there was no Hope left of 
her Recovery
